Hello! My name is Ivana Kersting. I am integrative psychospiritual coach and counselor, bodyworker and energy healer. My wish is to contribute healing the Earth and awakening consciousness by being in service to essential values of human existence - awareness, love, wisdom, compassion. I believe that there is a spirit in every matter, that each crisis has a meaning and that embracing all of life - the light and the shadow - brings a true peace of mind and heart.
We all need an honest soul-work to truly accept ourselves, love our world and live our potentials. On our path of self-discovery, we learn to transform our suffering into the gold of wisdom and love, that awakens our true nature - our essential goodness, innocence and fearless heart. Unfolding self-love helps us to develop more self-responsibility, which gives us the power to change our lives towards authenticity, happiness and freedom.
I support you in making shifts in your personal or professional life, in going through a difficult transition or a grieving process, or in finding your soul purpose. Since more than 20 years I also support my clients in developing their soul business and in creating authentic marketing and design presentation. In my work I use compassion focused methods, mindfulness and active loving, combined with different therapeutic approaches including body and energy work, focusing, trauma healing and Buddhist psychology.
