Kitchen Disco

This is an invitation to share your joy, your soul, your embodiment, your flow. Dance is sacred, however you choose to dance. Dance is an expression of our embodied soul. Nothing is needed to dance freely. Just be yourself, just dance. Let the body, let the spirit take over. Or whatever else that wants to be expressed right now - might be tears, might be freedom, might be thankfulness... or just simple joy of Being, like a child. 

Dancing in my kitchen has been a great resource for me during pandemics. It became my daily practice. So I invite you here to share the joy of dancing with me and with each other, online via Zoom, from your kitchen or from any other place. 

Sundays at 1pm, 30 min dance.
